DOUBLE DIGIT NAILS. Following are the teres and conditions that constitute our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify our policy at anytime without giving prior notification. Be sure to review this information prior to placing your order as you are agreeing to the below terms by placing an order with DOUBLE DIGIT NAILS. 
return & exchange policy

All DOUBLE DIGIT NAILS products returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The restocking fee will not be applied to return orders due to an error on our behalf.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Return requests are handled on a case-by-case bases. We can only accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, in the same condition it was received. The product (s) must be in its original packaging. Return request must be received no later than 2 days of reception.

To start a return, you can contact us at doubledigitnails@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect the item (s). We will send you an email to confirm that we've received your item and are processing your return. If approved, a refund will be issued for the subtotal amount only.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment typically within 3-5 business days. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of items.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Used products, opened or not original packaging, return requests received after 2 days of delivery date.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, free gifts or gift cards.
